Zumrad Masar
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Somatic and relational therapy for individuals and couples navigating trauma, mood challenges, and life transitions.
Healing happens in relationships — with others and with ourselves. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in emotional patterns, overwhelmed by past experiences, or longing for deeper connection and stability. Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about reconnecting with what’s already whole. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and relational, meaning we pay attention not only to thoughts and behaviors, but also to emotions, the body, and the early experiences that shape how we relate and cope today. Together, we gently explore what’s beneath the surface and create space for meaningful, lasting change. I work with people from diverse backgrounds and identities, with deep respect for culture, lived experience, and personal story. I bring a culturally attuned, compassionate presence into therapy and draw from trauma-focused, psychodynamic, family systems, and DBT-informed work. Each person and relationship is unique, and therapy is tailored to support healing in a way that feels safe, respectful, and effective. If you are seeking therapy that goes beyond coping skills and supports deeper emotional healing and connection, I invite you to reach out.
