Zoe Kinsey
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Zoe is passionate about helping her clients re-discover their zest for life and develop the confidence to change and grow.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and symptoms of trauma/PTSD. I also offer parent coaching to families who have children with severe mental health struggles. In all of my therapeutic work, I collaborate with my clients to explore and navigate their experiences so they can better understand themselves and create effective change. My therapeutic approach is based in holistic, client-centered, solution-focused, and humanistic psychotherapy. Through these different philosophies, I work with my clients to create more effective coping skills, increase independence, and improve their relationship with themselves. I believe that my clients and I are a team and that my clients are the experts of their life experiences. Together, we create a safe atmosphere that honors vulnerability and trust.
