Many people are seeking psychotherapy for help with emotional pain, difficult life circumstances, problematic current relationships or relationship patterns, and identity struggles. For others, it's not the presence of something to be alleviated, but rather the search for something missing that brings them to this work. While still others are looking to strengthen or optimize aspects of their life that can increase their performance and well-being. The goal of our work together is to individualize and tailor our approach to help you achieve whatever goal might be bringing you to this process. I have education, training, and experience working with a wide range of concerns that bring people into therapy. I often work with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, identity and relational difficulties, trauma related symptoms, body and weight issues, self-injury, dissociation. High performance psychology in various domains (e.g., sport, business, performing arts) is also a passion of mine.
