Zac helps individuals develop self-awareness and create lives aligned with their values through a dynamic, action-oriented, collaborative approach.

Zac meets his patients where they are, recognizing that meaningful change begins with deep self-understanding. He guides this process by helping individuals make sense of their experiences, develop self-awareness, and cultivate a strong relationship with themselves. From there, Zac provides practical tools and encouragement to foster agency, resilience, and lasting growth. His approach is dynamic, blending the roles of therapist, educator, and mentor. He believes therapy should be a collaborative, engaging experience—one that challenges unhelpful patterns while reinforcing strengths. Zac emphasizes action, knowing that true change happens through what we do, not just what we think or feel. He works alongside individuals to help them navigate challenges, build fulfilling relationships, and create lives that reflect their values. Outside work, Zac is an avid outdoorsman who finds clarity in hiking, bouldering, and camping. He believes movement, nature, and strong connections are key to well-being, bringing that mindset into his work.
