It is my sincere belief that we are meant to experience joy and peace, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. I offer Acceptance Commitment Therapy from an Attachment-based approach, and have experience working with people of all ages. During our initial session you can expect me to take time to get to know you, and provide feedback that you can apply to yourself and others in everyday interactions.
