Maybe you feel stuck in life or in a relationship? As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy helping navigate tough questions and challenges.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor for the last 10 years, I have built a reputation in our community for the ability to make meaningful and transformative connections and bring about lasting change. I enjoy helping people who may be struggling to manage their mental health and the associated negative impact on personal life, relationships, family, and occupation. I especially enjoy working with Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma/PTSD, Impulse Control, and Process Addiction. I have experience with the CNM/ENM/Polyamorous community and provide LGBQTIA+ Affirmative Care within my practice. Feeling stuck in life or relationship? I offer guidance to help you navigate some of life’s toughest questions, challenges, and transitions. I have specialized training and experience utilizing CPT, IFS, DBT, EFT, MBCT, CBT, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, Gottman Method, Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy, and Strategies for Trauma and Resilience. My approach to therapy is person-centered, integrative and intuitive, while considering attachment style and interpersonal dynamics, while also encouraging the development of practical skills to improve quality of life and relationship.
