Life is full of challenges, and you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps anxiety, depression, or ADHD are holding you back. You want to feel less controlled by difficult emotions and more connected to what truly matters in your life. You’re seeking support to better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a compassionate approach that blends mindfulness, existentialist and, behavioral strategies. Together, we’ll explore your values, develop tools for managing challenging emotions, and focus on building a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I work with anyone 10 and older at an outpatient level.
