You’re seeking support to better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a compassionate approach that blends mindfulness, existentialist and, behavioral strategies. Together, we’ll explore your values, develop tools for managing challenging emotions, and focus on building a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I work with anyone 10 and older at an outpatient level.
Practice hours (EDT)
Accepts new patients after hospitalization for
- Self-harming behavior
- Suicidal intent or a plan
- Severe emotional stress or trauma
- Suicide attempt
- Escalating reckless or impulsive behavior
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
