Counseling is a unique experience for all, and I welcome you to join me on a path towards healing and healthier living.

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, we can easily become overwhelmed with stress, hopelessness, and high anxiety. Sometimes traumas and abuses we experience from our past creep back in and impact us in frustrating ways. I work with my clients to address these demons, and discuss practical, logical ways to better cope with life moving forward. Within each of us there is an inner strength that allows us to keep fighting and moving forward. I empower my clients to find that strength and use it to achieve happiness. While I work with a diverse range of adult and adolescent clients, I focus on anxiety, trauma, and men’s issues in counseling. I view counseling as a collaborative effort to help you get where you want in life. Your goals become my goals, and together we will set realistic and achievable ways towards obtaining those goals. Taking that first step towards reaching out can be quite anxiety-provoking, but I believe there is always hope towards a life of greater peace and happiness. Using the values of genuineness, empathy, and compassion, I hope we can work together to improve your overall mental health.
