Culturally-attuned therapy for the Asian community by Anise Health. Submit our intake form to be instantly matched with a therapist who understands you.

Hello! I'm a therapist at Anise Health, a digital mental health platform dedicated to offering culturally-attuned care for the Asian community. Here, you can be your full self with therapists and coaches who truly understand your background, culture, and unique lived experiences. To schedule an intake session, please submit our short intake form (<5 mins) by clicking the "Schedule Online" button. If you want to work with me, we would be happy to prioritize that match! When filling out your intake form, select "MiResource" when asked "How did you hear about us?" and enter my name directly into the notes. I’m a trauma-informed clinician with over 14 years of experience guiding individuals, couples and families through meaningful growth and change. Clients often describe me as empathetic and collaborative, and in our work together, you’ll find a space where your story is truly heard and your strengths are honored. As a BIPOC clinician, I recognize how cultural identity and spirituality may intersect with life transitions, trauma, and transformation. I help clients navigate these life transitions, identity exploration, and healing from early adversity. I use practical, evidence-based tools like DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, Chairwork Psychotherapy, and mindfulness to help you build skills and resilience while honoring your experience and story. I also have experience in addressing substance use from a harm-reduction lens. Together, we will create a safe space for you to explore your vulnerabilities and promote personal growth. We look forward to supporting your journey!
