Yordano Ochoa

Yordano is passionate about helping children and adults to heal and improve. His main framework includes existentialism, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to gain insights, and develop skills that help people improve during treatment and stay well after treatment has concluded. He focuses on treating English and Spanish speaking individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, general difficulties with emotional regulation, grief, and major life adjustments (migration, divorce, death of loved ones, loss of employment). In addition, Yordano focuses on psychological evaluations of Spanish and English-speaking individuals for the purpose of receiving diagnostic clarification, and identification of various mental health conditions (ADHD, Autism, intellectual disability, learning disorders, etc.)
