Accepting new clients for Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ages 5-25.
I am looking forward to working with you or your child. I have been a licensed Social Worker for over 6 years and a Therapist for 3 of those years. I work mainly with young people to provide coping skills for symptoms of ASD, ADHD, Depression and Anxiety. First we work together to assess your situation. Then we schedule an individual, in-person session to begin the work of therapy. We will use the tools already in your toolbox and add new skills to support you with the big feelings and stressors that come with living. My hope is to move you or your child from surviving to thriving. Evening sessions available Wednesdays through Fridays, and day and evening sessions available on Mondays.
