Yolanda Wilcox

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who uses a holistic approach that blends DBT skills, narrative therapy, and spiritual support for clients who find meaning in these areas. I’ve worked across all levels of care, supporting individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, mood disorders, and substance use. My work often includes faith-based exploration and healing from spiritual abuse, always respecting each person's journey and beliefs. Growing up with a parent who lived with mental illness and died by suicide shaped my deep empathy for emotional pain and family systems. Clients describe me as calm and grounded, I aim to bring that presence into every session. I offer individual, family, and group therapy to clients age 13 and up, with a focus on bipolar disorder, grief, multicultural concerns, spirituality, and suicidal ideation. My goal is to walk beside you, helping you heal, grow, and reconnect with your inner strength.
