I believe a deeper understanding of our minds is just as essential as our coping skills.致力于研究和帮助来访者适应新环境时在情感、生活、学习中遇到的问题,也擅长了解人格、情绪和亲密关系等深层议题。

I am a clinical social worker based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their feelings and communicate their needs. My postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy in conjunction with my studies in mentalization based therapy and dialectic behavioral therapy have equipped me to work with people representing various needs and adversities. We will work collaboratively in exploring your feelings and cultivating your self-worth. Throughout your journey, I will support you as you regain inner strength, understand relational patterns and internal conflicts, and recognize how these factors connect to day-to-day struggles at school, work and in relationships. AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Anxiousness Difficult childhood experiences Trauma related issues Life changes, including adjustment issues Self-esteem, such as common feelings of “not being good enough” Relational challenges Low motivation Self-criticism ——以前不敢了解自己,胆小畏惧,从未想过别人也有责任...现在对自己有同情心和耐心。可以选择,能感受自己真实的感受,能安慰自己,通过分析来安抚自己。 ——觉得自己重要。 ——原来我的焦虑下有这么丰富的世界。
