It’s time to break society’s expectations for you.

I graduated with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Family Institute at Northwestern University. Previously, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Washington. During my internship at Northwestern, I gained valuable experience working with individuals with many different backgrounds and viewpoints on life. At Wyatt Lynch Therapy, I offer individual, family therapy, and therapy for athletes for 11+, young adults, student-athletes, and parents in Redmond, Bellevue, the rest of the Eastside, Seattle, and throughout Washington State. Whether you’re struggling with anger management, grief, men’s issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, sports-related stress and challenges, social media and societal expectations, or navigating life transitions, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to help you grow. By integrating evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), I tailor treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs and help you develop healthier coping strategies.
