I use an integrative and collaborative approach tailored to fit your unique needs. My goal is to support you at your pace to make meaningful change.

Beginning therapy is similar to summoning the courage to open an over-flowing closet that has been long ignored. Though daunting, with the right tools and an understanding guide, the task can become a manageable and rewarding experience. As your guide, I can help you shine a light on emotions, experiences, and relationships that you may be afraid to touch due to fear, shame, or uncertainty of how to process them. By utilizing an integrative approach, I help my clients assess and move through their emotional experiences while also applying new skills to help them reach their innermost personal goals. I believe the therapeutic process is meant to instill hope and help clients to discover a new understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. I structure my therapy sessions as a collaborative process that should work to diminish anxiety and unlearn self-deprecating patterns, guided by the client’s personal story and experiences.
