William (Will) Vitale
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
I work with college students and young adults to navigate relationships, life transitions, early career experiences, and navigating the world post-COVID.
I enjoy working with clients in the late teen and early adult years as they explore who they are, where they've been, and what they want in the future. My training at the University of Washington was in evidence-based practice, and my practice is influenced by DBT, relational and psychodynamic therapy, and neuroscience. I enjoy helping young adults with more general issues such as relationships, major life transitions (new jobs, moves, breakups, etc.), and past trauma. I also work with specific clinical issues, including ADHD, parenting issues, OCD/anxiety, panic attacks, school avoidance, depression and PTSD. If you're looking for help with any of the issues I mentioned, please get in touch and we can arrange a free consultation to discuss how I might be able to help.
