College is full of amazing experiences, however, they can create stress, self-doubt & confusion. I look forward to working with you on your journey.

I look forward to meeting with you. After 25 yrs working with students and med school trainees the the U. Minnesota, I have alot of experience with the challenges and issues faced by college students, and take a collaborative approach to exploring options for greater satisfaction, success and peace of mind (personally and academically). I acknowledge how unique our lived experiences are, and seek to understand every individual in the context of these experiences. My work is largely informed by psychodynamic (attachment theory), humanistic and interpersonal approaches. I have years of experience helping clients with painful issues such as anxiety, depression, shame, and grief & loss. Additional interests include men's health, coping with life transitions, and working with issues common to college students such as burnout and imposter syndrome. Whatever your concern, we will work together to create a unique plan for you. If you have any questions, give me a call (651-571-8967) to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. Take care.
