I have been practicing for 40 years in Wichita. I view therapy as a collaborative process with both of us working to formulate treatment goals. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and strategies that are evidence-based including cognitive-behavior therapy, mindfulness training, interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
