Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Meaning-Centered & Existential Therapy
I guide adults and older adults through deep challenges like anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic pain or illness, OCD, PTSD, identity or spiritual concerns, suicidal ideation, and difficult life transitions—using approaches such as existential psychotherapy, Jungian depth work, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, internal family systems, and meaning‑centered logotherapy. My practice in Arizona (and remote sessions) is in-network with major insurers including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare in Arizona, with flexible sliding-scale and out-of-pocket options available. My work focuses on partnering with clients to feel seen, understood, and empowered toward healing and growth.
$110 — $130per session
