If you are ready to work on the things that are keeping you from being happy, healthy, and moving forward with your goals, therapy can help.

I have been providing therapy since 2007. It is my passion to work with clients to help them heal. I do this by joining them in working through the pains of their past and the challenges of their present to help them create the future they want for themselves. I work with adolescents and adults and offer trauma informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients to identify what is getting in the way of their happiness and wellbeing. We then work together to create a plan for how to address those barriers and progress through the steps of that plan. Therapy moves at the pace that is comfortable for the client so will progress at different rates based on the client’s comfort level. Therapy offers a safe place to explore and work on challenges in your life. Whether you are struggling with changes, wanting to work on a relationship, needing to address a bigger issue, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, therapy can help you to identify and overcome the barriers that are preventing you from achieving your goals. I offer a safe, supportive, respectful space, and employ varied methods of therapy to meet your unique needs.
