I work to create a safe and comfortable space for self-growth and self-exploration.

I believe that building a strong and honest relationship with my clients is the root from which genuine, positive and sustained growth stems. I thoughtfully work to create a trusting and affirming space that encourages self-exploration and discovery and empowers clients to connect to and build on their intrinsic strengths and capacity for change. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD and related disorders, attachment disruptions, adjustment disorders, life transitions and stressors, self-image and self-esteem issues, grief and loss and women’s issues. I have an integrative approach to treatment and draw upon elements of evidence-informed and expressive, creative therapies tailored to each client’s experience, needs and treatment goals. I understand that comprehensive and effective therapeutic treatment brings attention to the whole person and considers the interdependent relationship between the mind and body and its impact on well-being. I received my master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan School of School Work. I welcome you to reach out!
