(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Hello! I imagine you may be struggling right now. My approach is holistic, somatic, and trauma-informed. In my office you have a safe place to land.
Are you wondering how everyone else seems to manage school, socializing, working and showing up as if everything is fine, while you feel completely overwhelmed and like Drexel is totally different than what you expected? Imposter syndrome can feel absolutely exhausting, and can make you question how in the world you're supposed to make it to graduation. I get it! Although you may have always figured out how to manage stuff on your own, you don't have to carry this load by yourself. Feeling stuck in your head all of the time, unable to escape that nagging anxiety in the pit of your stomach, or just wanting to shut it all out and scroll on Tik Tok for a few hours - you're absolutely not alone. I can support you with making sense of what's happening and how to shift from just existing to thriving. My approach is a little different - rather than just venting about your week, we'll get curious about what's happening beneath the surface. By using mindfulness, somatic approaches, and emotional regulation skills, I can help you feel your feelings without being flooded by them, and get to the root causes of what's underneath all of the stress.
