Violet Vorlet

I help high conflict couples who feel disconnected emotionally and physically compassionately see themselves and each other to have the relationship they want. I help individuals who are perfectionists and people-pleasers get out of the "shoulds" reclaim their unique selves for a more pleasure-filled and connected life. My approach to therapy is warm and candid. Most people I work with are as likely to laugh as they are to cry in our appointments. I feel that therapy is collaborative and should feel like a place where you are comfortable enough to share what concerns you but challenged enough to see positive changes in your life.
