Vincent (Vince) Reginella
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC)
I focus on maximizing the chances of success for my clients in every aspect of life. Life is a game. Let's work to enhance your performance in life.
I provide counseling, cognitive rehabilitation, and vocational guidance to individuals who have sustained neurological trauma, including concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI). I work alongside athletes with improving their mental health and athletic performance. I work with students struggling with academic performance and pressure. In addition to cognitive rehabilitation and TBI, I also specialize in life transitions, vocational outcome, coping, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and performance enhancement. Services focus on executive functions, including organization, decision-making, problem-solving, planning, motivation, attention, impulsivity and memory. Cultivating and maintaining emotional wellbeing is a treatment priority. I help with solving problems and enhancing performance. I bring a passionate approach to all mental health needs and concerns. With a background in athletics, I have years of experience in creating mindsets that yield consistent results for success for students, athletes, and anyone looking to improve their performance in life.
