My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and growth and insight-oriented. Translation: Together we can explore the roots of the struggles you are having within the safety of the therapeutic relationship, which ultimately leads to you becoming integrated and whole. We can move from you being at war with yourself, or confused with yourself, or your worst enemy, to you being at peace with yourself. My goal is to journey toward you being on your own team and able to face your life with self-compassion, love, and resilience, and therefore also be able to be in relationship with others in a healthy and satisfying way. I especially love to work with young adults as they explore and discover what they really care about and how they want to live their lives.
