Victoria (Tori) Lewis
(She/Her/Hers)
Pre-Licensed Professional
My niche lies in working with college students, relationship strain (romantic or platonic), gender-specific issues, sexuality, and life transitions.
I’ll be the first to admit it– being vulnerable is intimidating! Please know that I applaud you for considering how therapy may add value to your life and taking this step. My intention is to be your partner in a journey of self-exploration to tap into your full potential. I will encourage and challenge you to create your own meaning in life and express your most authentic self. I strongly believe that therapy can be fun and even humorous while also being warm and effective. We will explore the way you move through the world with a sense of curiosity and lightheartedness rather than judgment. My focus is on who people are, what they have to offer, and their strengths, rather than who they are not. As a young women, I empathize with the complexities of navigating life transitions, stress, and evolving relationships within our society. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities and interventions into my practice including psychodynamic therapy, feminist theory, narrative therapy, and positive psychology. My utmost priority is to provide a comfortable, yet empowering space for self-exploration and expression.
