I am passionate about working with adults with concerns relating to life transitions, interpersonal stressors, anxiety, and depression.

My goal is to create a space where the client feels safe, productive, and supported. I use a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach in therapy. I also work with couples relating to communication, boundary setting, parenting, intimacy, relationship and family dynamics, and life goals. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing with my two cats, and going on adventures with my dog. I enjoy Star Wars, crocheting, baking, and going to state parks. I am at the Highland Park location and offer telehealth. I am currently under the supervision of Jessica Van Berkum, MA, LMFT.
