LMSW specializing in anxiety, OCD, trauma & mood disorders. Helping adults reduce stress, set boundaries & create lasting change through tailored therapy.

I am an LMSW with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and experience in hospitals, community clinics, and telehealth. My passion is helping clients transform suffering into resilience by creating a safe, empowering space for growth and change. Using tailored therapeutic techniques, I support individuals in managing stress, reducing anxiety, setting healthy boundaries, and building sustainable habits that enhance overall well-being. I work with adults and have experience treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, autism, OCD, and personality disorders. I am trained in EMDR, a highly effective approach for treating PTSD and other trauma-related concerns, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and depression. By integrating EMDR with other evidence-based techniques, I help clients achieve meaningful behavioral change. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, rooted in understanding each person’s unique experiences, fostering trust and rapport, and collaboratively developing solutions. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and other modalities to support clients in reaching their goals.
