Counseling for children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience providing counseling across a range of outpatient and community-based treatment settings, including private practice. I provide counseling for children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, compassion fatigue, and significant life transitions. My approach to counseling is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping strategies that support daily functioning and long-term stability. Counseling is tailored to each individual’s needs, developmental stage, and lived experience. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. My goal is to provide a steady, nonjudgmental therapeutic space where individuals can process their experiences, clarify their goals, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
