I offer telehealth sessions or in-person session in our uptown whittier office. I offer individual, child, family, and couples therapy. Bilingual Spanish.

Navigating daily life can feel overwhelming at times. I offer a compassionate, open space where both the pains and joys of life can be explored and used to build resilience, helping you or your family thrive more fully. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care. My holistic approach focuses on strengthening positive relationships—with oneself and with others. I hold dual degrees as an AMFT and APCC, with an emphasis in Medical Family Therapy and Spirituality. It would be a privilege to accompany you through this season of your life.
