Hi welcome to my page! If you’re reading this, I imagine you care enough about your well-being that you’re searching for someone to offer you some tools and a different perspective. I also imagine you may be going through a tough time- a breakup, graduation, new job, or just a big life change. You recognize that you're struggling and you're wanting to help yourself. That's self-compassion, which is already a strength that will come in handy during our work together! As a fellow human who’s also struggled in life, I know the importance of having a space where I am accepted and also challenged. That is what I strive to offer, along with tools and approaches backed by research. Together, we can work as a team to get you a place of acceptance towards these difficult thoughts and feelings, while also committing to change. You’ve taken the first step in prioritizing your well-being by considering giving therapy a chance. That’s an accomplishment in itself! I value authenticity in the work that I do, which is why I offer free 15 minute phone consultations so that we can ask each other questions and see if we can be a good fit to work together.
