Vanessa Chafos

I am looking forward to meeting you! I work with athletes experiencing a range of clinical and/or performance related issues. I frequently work with individuals that are experiencing anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, lowered self-confidence, and motivation struggles. I also often work with individuals that feel they may have hit a mental block, or are looking to enhance their performance whether it may be in their sport, work, or within life. I take a mindful and personalized approach to working with individuals to assist in reaching one’s goals in a warm and supportive atmosphere that utilize evidence based strategies. I often incorporate mindfulness and other performance techniques to assist one in the growth process and realization of strengths and goals. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
