I work at the intersection of mental health and performance, helping athletes develop the psychological fitness necessary to thrive in sport and life.
I use a “third-wave” cognitive and behavioral therapy framework to help athletes improve their relationship with difficult internal experiences so that they can respond to life with more awareness, flexibility, and satisfaction. My areas of expertise include overcoming performance anxiety, navigating through difficult life transitions, and evaluating and treating anxiety and mood disorders.
