Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
My approach of holding sessions is interactive, lively, and expressive.
Hi everyone! In my work, I support college students and adults who may be experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma related stressors, gender identity, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, communication deficits, intergenerational trauma, and discrimination. I like to provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental space that gives them the opportunity to build a genuine and healthy client-counselor relationship to help clients grow in their clinical needs. I use an integrative and collaborative approach in sessions by using strength-based, evidenced-based, and person-centered therapies.
