Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I specialize in trauma, cultural identity, LGBTQ and relationships. Feel free to contact me.
The world is constantly evolving and can be hard to navigate with life transitions and stress especially for queer and people of color. My goal is to provide affordable services to those that struggle with barriers of trauma, communication and life transitions. I utilize a unique systemic approach working with individuals, couples and the LGBTQIA+ community. I enjoy guiding and exploring solutions at a client centered pace. My ability to be culturally sensitive allows accessibility for others to express themselves openly without judgement. I have been trained extensively in couples issues and a healing form of trauma therapy for adults experiencing acute stress or PTSD symptoms. We typically can reduce emotional responses and triggers within 3 - 5 sessions. I aim to be transparent and real to build a stronger foundation for people through communication, understanding and healing. My style is active, compassionate, directive and strength based allowing individuals and couples to feel supported and comfortable in a private safe environment.
