If you're struggling with anxiety, life transitions, or developing and maintaining fulfilling relationships, I can help! I believe that connection is a core need of all human beings. We all experience disconnection, whether that is from our partners, our families, our work, or ourselves. Maybe you haven't fully processed something from the past that is still impacting you today. In therapy, I will create an open, comfortable space for you to get to know all the parts of yourself better. With greater awareness, I can help you work through challenges while reconnecting to yourself and others. I approach my clients with warmth and genuine curiosity. My role is to hold space and guide you, ask questions you may not have considered, and gently challenge you in an empathetic and nonjudgmental space. Humor is part of my authentic style; when appropriate, I think laughter can be incredibly healing! If this resonated with you, or you'd just like to meet and see if therapy with me feels like a good fit, I invite you to schedule an initial 10 minute phone or video consultation session with me, or if you'd prefer, you can simply schedule your first session on the Steffen Counseling Services website. The scheduling process takes 1-3 minutes.
