Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
I believe you are inherently deserving of respect and kindness and you are welcome here as you are.
Hi, I’m Trinity! As a therapist, I have a passion for serving those grappling with the physical and emotional toll of chronic illness, enduring anxiety about their health, and I hold careful attention to women’s issues and the experiences of systematically vulnerable members in our community. I also have special interests in providing support to those navigating challenges related to self-esteem and self-worth, stress management, chronic productivity, relationship conflict, and religious and spiritual deconstruction/reconstruction. These passions grew from a place of my own experiences and challenges related to being human. My approach during session is warm, direct, and I love a good (well-timed, of course!) laugh. Along with engaging in traditional talk-therapy and utilizing evidenced based techniques (ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Narrative), I enjoy incorporating other resources such as books (fiction and nonfiction), podcasts, poetry, art, and anything related to nature. I believe in honoring the fullness of our shared humanity through therapy, as it is a space where you are entitled to a trusting relationship grounded in compassion, authenticity, visibility, and patience.
