Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed therapist & performance coach helping leaders thrive with science-backed tools for mental, emotional, and professional health.
I’m a licensed therapist and mental performance coach passionate about helping athletes and entrepreneurs strengthen their mindset as a true competitive advantage. Whether you’re facing unrelenting standards, performance fatigue, or that feeling of never being enough, or you’re doing well and want to take it to the next level, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll work on building confidence, clarity, and an identity that’s solid beyond your sport. My approach weaves together evidence-based treatments like CBT, EMDR, and performance psychology to help you conquer the pressure of being constantly "on," cope with setbacks, and tap into the mental edge that sets champions apart. Here, you can be yourself, grow, and flourish—on and off the field. A little about me: I’m vegan-ish (heavy on the ish), a runner training for my first marathon, and I love Zumba, volleyball, and a good walk along the ocean. I’m an avid reader and forever learner, so I’ll often have a quote or two to share. One of my favorites: “Our greatest suffering often comes from the lies/stories we tell ourselves.” — Professor Semrad
