Tricia Kellum

Serving adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Delaware, Tricia Kellum, PMHNP, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing personalized and empathetic care. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence, the autism spectrum, and substance use disorders. With advanced training in substance use and a firm commitment to harm reduction, she focuses on offering equitable treatment that breaks down barriers and lessens the stigma often associated with mental health care. Her clinical approach centers on creating a judgment-free, safe, and supportive space where patients feel comfortable discussing their challenges and pursuing healing. In addition to her work with neurodivergence and substance use, she provides expert management for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD/trauma. Through a combination of medication management and evidence-based interventions, she works to help her patients achieve sustainable improvements in their mental health. She also supports individuals managing the unique difficulties of midlife transitions. Outside of her clinical practice in Newark, Tricia enjoys reading, learning, and playing both video and board games.
