"My name is Trava Goodwin, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the state of California. I provide telehealth services statewide and I work with adults or teens who have difficulty with any of the following concerns: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, family dynamics, grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem and self-worth, and adjusting to major life changes. I typically implement an integrative approach by incorporating a combination of the following therapeutic interventions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based- Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotional and Compassion Focused Therapy, Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Therapy or Grief Therapy to help improve my clients' quality of life."
