We provide telepsychiatry, individual therapy, and specialty mental health intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) at multiple locations in Arizona.
At Transitions Counseling and Consulting, we provide affordable, skilled mental health services for children, teenagers, and adults at convenient locations throughout Arizona. We are in-network with most major insurance plans and strive to provide first appointments within 5 days or less. Our caring team of professionals provide telepsychiatry, medication management, in-person and telehealth therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and self-harm. We offer in-person and telehealth appointment options to accommodate your schedule. We voluntarily completed accreditation with The Joint Commission to demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and quality improvement.
