(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I serve individuals of all identities in my practice.
Are you sad or worried about the future? Struggling in a relationship with a romantic partner, a family member, or a supervisor? Do you feel defeated and hopeless because life keeps challenging you? Are you striving for perfection to feel that you’re good enough? Do you often find it hard to access your authentic self? If any of these or similar feelings resonate with you, therapy can help you understand the underlying reasons for these emotions and shape your life in a way that brings you more joy. I am trained to assist you along this journey. I specialize in college mental health. For example, I work with students who are experiencing concerns such as depression, stress, anxiety, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, procrastination, and issues related to relationships, careers, life transitions, self-esteem, sexual/gender identity, food and body image. Several milestones will be reached as you work toward your therapeutic goals; Your resilience is improved because you have learned to withstand hardships and grown from them. You know you’re enough despite your imperfections. You feel heard, seen, and respected in your relationships. And you’re showing your true self to the world.
