Deciding to start therapy can be overwhelming and exhausting, especially if this is your first time. So many questions--Online or in-person? Can I afford this? So many initials--LPC, MFT, LCSW, CBT, ACT, DBT, SFBT (just a sampling!). My current clients range in age from 11-84 and describe me as a good listener who's warm and easy to talk to. Research shows that the client-therapist relationship is the most important factor of a successful therapy experience.
