Tracey Vaiselberg

Tracey Vaiselberg, LPCC, is a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who assists children, adolescents, preteens, and adults throughout Ohio in building emotional resilience and processing difficult life experiences. Her clinical practice centers on providing compassionate, evidence-based individual and family therapy for those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. Tracey is particularly committed to supporting individuals affected by loss and stress-related concerns that impact both emotional and physical health. Utilizing a trauma-informed care approach, Tracey ensures her clients feel safe, heard, and empowered as they address painful experiences at their own pace. Her expertise frequently involves helping families manage behavioral challenges, school avoidance, and emotional regulation, as well as supporting adults through midlife transitions and health stressors. In her therapeutic work, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and family therapy to help clients strengthen relationships and improve daily functioning. Tracey has a background in working with individuals within the adoption and foster care systems and those with developmental disabilities, offering individualized support tailored to each person’s unique circumstances. She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University and is a certified Child, Adolescent, and Family Trauma Professional. By combining clinical insight with practical tools for healing, she helps her patients develop the coping skills necessary for long-term growth. Outside of her professional practice, Tracey finds balance through spending time outdoors, working on puzzles, and enjoying time with her family.
