Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Seeking counseling can make one uncomfortable and vulnerable. My hope is that you see the strength it took to seek out this help.
Life can be hard, unfair, and hurtful at times. But at the end of any storm, there is always a rainbow. As a therapist, my job is to sit with you in the storm. One of the essential pieces to making a change is the relationship between counselor and client. In my practice, I work hard to create a safe and trusting environment where all clients feel comfortable in sharing a piece of their life experiences with me. I have experience working with various mental health disorders and life concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, ADD, oppositional defiant disorder, relationship conflict, LGBTQIA+, minority stress and many more. I work with children, teens, and adults of all backgrounds assisting them in individual, group, couples, and family. My overall approach is client-centered therapy. But, I often use an eclectic form of treatment integrating other modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Expressive Therapy.
