Hello. I have 30+ years experience in the mental health world. When you work with me we will be doing the deep healing that is needed as a result of trauma, C/PTSD and PTSD. I use EMDR frequently to help people heal from trauma. I offer weekly therapy as well as EMDR Intensives. EMDR Intensives are very structured, focused and specific on 1-2 targets.
