I have a passion for helping people to become the best versions of themselves; and I have always been a sounding board for those closest to me. Mental health is a very important topic that is sometimes overlooked. We take care of our bodies and get checkups when things seem out of balance, and we should do the same for our minds. It can be intimidating to sit down and speak with a stranger about the things that are going on in your life. There is nothing wrong with asking for help and guidance.
