My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you and curiously look at your story.

Not to change the past but understand it with a perspective of how your past makes you who you are right now. I do not do this from a sanitized, clinical, or "distant" perspective, but as someone who has been in the trenches; the space I create is one of knowing and of safety. If compelled to do so, reach out so we can begin the process of re-authoring your story to create a new narrative you can call your own. My narrative includes a 19-year marriage and two adventurous children. I have served in the Marine Corps, and I have been in the IT industry for 20 years prior to transitioning into marriage and family therapy.
