I have over a decade of experience and training and use the variety of methodologies and techniques I have learned to create an extensive toolkit, and I offer what I think is the most helpful to YOU in what you are needing, drawing on all of that work to support YOU. We'll address the systemic, institutional, and the personal barriers, and create a plan that meets YOUR needs. Point Allerton Therapy is starting to run community groups in September!
