I hold a BC-TMH certification that helps speak to my ability to provide quality services via Telehealth. In addition, I serve as a Board Director for NBCC's CCE Board. I am passionate about working with clients to help them reach their most optimal selves. My focus area of practice is working with those who have persistent mental health conditions and who desire to learn how to cope with symptoms to live their best lives.
